Dielectric investigations of barium titanate doped with 0.5 mol.% antimony
Abstract
In the present paper the results of new ceramics of BaTiO3 with 0,5 mol% antimony were investigated by means of dielectric spectroscopy. Dielectric spectra of barium titanate with 0,5 mol% antimony revealed three parts: low frequency part which is caused by conductivity process, middle frequency part where the dielectric dispersion is nearly Debye type with the mean relaxation time which slightly changes with temperature and has a minima at about 300 K and 376 K, and high frequency part, which is caused by the higher frequency relaxation and polar modes contribution.
