Despite the efforts of numeral stakeholders’ to make a consensus about precise definition of extreme weather events like a first step which leads to its adequate response, success in that actions is still miss. Confirmation for this statement can be found in the work of the Task Team on the Definition of Extreme Weather and Climate Events (hereafter TT-DEWCE; TT-DEWCE 2018) established in 2010 on decision of the World Meteorological Organization (2016) Commission for Climatology (CCl) with a task to provide consistent and authoritative guidance to all interested parties on best practices in the domain of weather and climate extremes.
