Ferrite electromagnetic interference (EMI) suppressors are components which absorb and eliminate high frequency noise which may produce electromagnetic interference on printed circuit board (PCB) circuits. They provide effective EMI suppression on conductive paths, such as the network mains, universal serial bus and other high-speed digital interfaces to which the majority of electrical equipment is connected.
