abstract = "The impact of emergencies on the operations of economic entities is a topic that is in the Republic of Serbia or Voivodina, paid very little attention, in contrast to developed European countries. Therefore, the application of ISO 22301: 2012 is gaining in importance. The study revealed the following: a) the standard is not yet officially translated into Serbian ,b) economic entities on the territory of AP Vojvodina (at least those important ones) now are not very interested in the implementation of this standard on their own operations; c) in many businesses in the area of AP Vojvodina tasks of importance for business in emergencies perform inadequately qualified persons,' d) awareness of economic operations
about the need for preventive action in case of declaration of emergency is insufficiently expressed; in this regard, it is necessary to provide substantial financial resources for the implementation of this standard, conduct training responsible people to assist in the application in practice, but also raise awareness about the need to increase the resistance
of economic entities in the event of a declaration of emergency. ln this paper authors used two methods: the positive legal method, as well as the legal and logical method of induction and deduction.",
